As long as our drivers can safely pick up the item, without risk of injury, we can pick up and deliver it for you.
We are quite generous with regards to the size of packages that can be sent via our service - please use our quotation function to confirm if we can transport your package.
All our services include free pick-up. You can also drop off our parcels to a nearby depot if you donot want to wait in for collection. Let us know prior to booking if you want to opt for this service so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Please clearly mention the delivery address on each package that you send. If you have been asked to print certain Documents to hand over to the Driver please ensure you do so. Please inform the recipient of the expected Delivery Date.

When you book your delivery it is important to tell our customer services staff exactly what size and weight you wish us to carry.
We look after your goods just the same as you would. The driver who collects your consignment keeps it in his vehicle. He takes it personally to the delivery address. We don't play "pass the parcel" like some couriers do.
